- Guide consultants through delivery, from strategy through execution.
- Develop staff and project teams through training and mentoring.
- Analyze and improve business processes.
- Document processes and coordinate projects with collaborative teams.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or performance improvement consulting.
- Strong leadership skills and executive presence.
- Experience at a consulting or professional services firm is required.
- Prior pre-sales or sales experience.
- Experience and knowledge in artificial intelligence.
- Strong command of financial data, including the ability to analyze it, interpret it, and draw useful insights.
- Proven experience serving multiple clients.
- Experience reviewing operational processes and internal control requirements.
- Ability to anticipate client concerns, address them, and turn complex issues into practical project steps and solutions.
- Strong communication, data organization, and independent work skills.
- Willingness to travel 30% or more.
- Corporate or industry accounting experience is preferred.
- CPA is preferred.
