आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant industry experience
- Two to three years or more in people management or technical leadership
- Ability to turn business challenges into scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions
- Strong grounding in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying production-scale machine learning models and systems
- Experience operating ML and generative AI systems at scale with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
- Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or a comparable language
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Hugging Face
- Experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLM applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and model optimization
- Demonstrated success leading global teams and working across organizational boundaries
- Ad technology domain experience is preferred
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines is preferred
- A record of innovation and contributions to the machine learning or AI community is preferred
