IT Support Specialist - Sliedrecht (Hybrid)

Join Lyreco Group as an IT Support Specialist supporting colleagues, managing devices and accounts, and resolving day-to-day technology issues. The role is based mainly in Sliedrecht and Amsterdam, with occasional travel to other Lyreco locations.

Tavsif

  • Monitor the ticketing system and handle IT questions and incidents
  • Provide colleagues with support across a broad range of IT requests
  • Install and configure laptops, mobile devices, software, and hardware
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Support badge administration and telephony
  • Carry out minor repairs, manage devices, and help maintain network stability
  • Prepare accounts, permissions, and devices for new employees on time
  • Investigate and resolve issues independently or escalate them to the appropriate Lyreco Group specialist
  • Inspect meeting rooms and keep cabling and equipment organized
  • Keep manuals, documentation, and the intranet up to date
  • Work primarily from Sliedrecht and Amsterdam, with occasional presence in Barendrecht, Etten-Leur, and Utrecht and very occasional travel to Berchem or Vottem in Belgium
  • Use Microsoft 365, SAP, and Lyreco’s proprietary tools

Talablar

  • A strong interest in IT and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience with IT support, hardware, software, Microsoft 365, device management, or IT infrastructure is preferred
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English
  • French language skills are an advantage
  • A customer-focused, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between Lyreco locations
