Guide adult learners toward enrollment in American Public University’s online programs through consultative admissions support. Advise prospective students, recommend suitable degree options, and help them navigate the enrollment process.

Tavsif

  • Serve as the initial contact for prospective students exploring enrollment at AMU/APU
  • Communicate with prospective students by phone and email to support enrollment
  • Use consultative discussions to understand student needs and explain the value of an APUS education
  • Recommend individualized options and assist with enrollment when appropriate
  • Achieve or surpass assigned performance goals and metrics
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on document collection, registration, funding, transfer credit, and degree planning
  • Conduct consistent follow-up through telephone and electronic communication
  • Safeguard student account information in accordance with FERPA
  • Review academic records and admission documentation
  • Maintain accurate prospective-student records in the CRM and other software systems
  • Work with Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Registrar, and other internal departments

Talablar

  • At least five years of online admissions experience supporting adult learners in a sales-oriented, consultative role
  • A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Self-motivated and willing to make a high volume of outbound calls each day
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a confident telephone presence
  • Genuine interest in helping and empowering others to achieve their goals
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
  • Dedicated workspace
  • Ability to comply with federal student privacy requirements under FERPA
