Talablar

  • 8–12+ years of practical market research or insights experience, including responsibility for research design, analysis, and client delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of quantitative research methods, including survey design, questionnaire development, and analytical interpretation
  • Hands-on experience measuring media and advertising effectiveness, including brand lift, cross-platform measurement, or audience insights
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, insight-led recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Proven client leadership experience, including relationship management and decision influence
  • Demonstrated success mentoring and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and narrative development skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as marketing, business, social sciences, or analytics
