Support Workday HR system implementations for clients in Singapore. Help with requirements, configuration, testing, project documentation, and supervised client interactions.
Tavsif
- Contribute to implementation projects under close supervision while learning requirements gathering, module configuration, and project documentation.
- Help senior consultants gather and document business requirements from client subject matter experts.
- Record workshop notes and action items in a clear, structured format.
- Complete basic module configuration with supervision.
- Run test scripts and document the results accurately.
- Maintain configuration workbooks, training materials, and meeting minutes.
- Keep project documentation complete and current.
- Join client calls and workshops with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Respond to straightforward client questions under supervision.
- Support shared project goals and team activities.
- Ask for feedback and apply guidance from senior team members.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Zero to two years of experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes or HR information systems.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a consulting role.
