Tavsif

  • Support supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier maintenance.
  • Verify supplier information and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Protect the accuracy and integrity of organizational supplier records.
  • Conduct supplier screening, including daily taxpayer identification number checks through the IRS TIN Matching System and the Office of Foreign Assets Control System.
  • Process new supplier records and maintain the master supplier file.
  • Review documentation required for supplier setup.
  • Check master-file data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address internal and external inquiries about supplier records.

Talablar

  • High school diploma and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training demonstrating comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; Arizona State University will not sponsor this position.
  • Experience with PaymentWorks and Workday, preferably in vendor or supplier management.
  • Experience reviewing and processing tax forms, including W-9, W-8BEN, and W-8BEN-E documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong, professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, a criminal background check, and a fingerprint check.
