  • Lead cross-functional data and AI solution design, from discovery through technical blueprints.
  • Set architecture direction, explain trade-offs, and shape delivery plans.
  • Build modular systems that balance speed with reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Review architectures and align solutions with enterprise patterns and platform standards.
  • Produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API contracts, and solution briefs.
  • Deliver production-ready prototypes for complex data and AI challenges within days or weeks.
  • Turn unclear business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Refine solutions with input from product managers, program leads, and end users.
  • Build front-end interfaces and dashboards for business users.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems.
  • Create and maintain reusable agent skills.
  • Build and extend MCP servers and clients.
  • Develop evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring pipelines to support agent reliability and safety.
  • Bring LLMs, RAG systems, and machine learning models into production workflows.
  • Work alongside product, program, and engineering teams to define problems and deliver solutions together.
  • Guide technical direction and foster alignment across teams.
  • Explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders through writing, meetings, and executive presentations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share practices for agentic development, prompt design, and rapid delivery.
  • Help build a collaborative team culture that balances speed and quality.

Talablar

  • At least eight years of professional software engineering experience, including solution design and architecture ownership.
  • Can architect end-to-end systems from requirements through deployment, with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, including agent skills, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
  • Experience with AI-augmented engineering (harness engineering), using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent assistants.
  • Direct experience with AWS Agent Core or an equivalent platform, building, deploying, and operating agents in production.
  • Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or using MCP servers.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Proficient in Python and at least one front-end framework: React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced settings with changing priorities and high ownership expectations.
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation methods.
  • Experience with agent observability and tracing tools.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD practices.
  • Background in real estate, financial services, or another data-intensive enterprise domain.
  • Experience leading technical discovery workshops, design sprints, or architecture reviews.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
