Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations
Lead end-to-end operations for a new consumer beverage brand, from manufacturing and sourcing to logistics and replenishment. Build the supply chain and operating systems needed to launch and grow the business.

- Lead operations from product commercialization through production, delivery, and replenishment.
- Establish the supply chain, vendor network, and processes needed to launch and grow the business.
- Turn forecasts into production, inventory, and supply plans.
- Oversee co-manufacturer capacity, schedules, and production readiness.
- Manage sourcing and external partners for ingredients, packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, third-party logistics, and freight.
- Work with the VP/GM to bring new products and formats to market.
- Coordinate with quality, regulatory, and technical teams on food safety, process authority, and compliance.
- Oversee inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation for retail, distributor, foodservice, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Manage key elements of cost of goods sold and landed cost.
- Track operational performance across production, inventory, service, freight, and cost.
- Develop scalable systems and partnerships while remaining involved in production and supply chain execution.
Zahteve
- At least 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- At least 7 years of beverage industry experience.
- Hands-on beverage manufacturing experience.
- Experience ideally with ready-to-drink or other non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, or spirits using glass and aluminum packaging.
- Experience managing products from commercialization through production, distribution, and replenishment.
- Substantial experience with co-manufacturers or co-packers, outsourced manufacturing, and external supply chain partners.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, sourcing, ingredients and packaging, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
- Sound financial and operational judgment, including cost of goods sold, landed cost, budgets, working capital, vendor negotiations, and project management.
- Able to shift quickly between strategic planning and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet federal E-Verify employment authorization verification requirements.
