Opis

  • Manage daily orders across retail accounts, including Ulta, Ulta International, and Amazon, as distribution grows.
  • Check purchase orders for accurate item details, pricing, quantities, inventory, and delivery requirements.
  • Resolve order issues before confirmation and set fulfillment priorities when inventory is limited.
  • Coordinate fulfillment partners on confirmations, routing, labels, shipping documents, pickup, and delivery.
  • Track EDI transactions and retailer portals, resolving missing or rejected documents.
  • Submit invoices and reconcile ordered, shipped, and billed quantities.
  • Investigate chargebacks, assemble dispute records, meet deadlines, and address recurring issues.
  • Prepare order execution for new retailer and product launches.
  • Keep order records and reports organized by retailer and distribution center.
  • Refine procedures, service reporting, backup coverage, and recurring workflows.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Inventory, Finance, manufacturing partners, fulfillment providers, and the VP of Operations.

Zahteve

  • At least three years of relevant experience in wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations for a consumer products business.
  • Hands-on responsibility for national retailer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing, including resolving exceptions with internal teams and fulfillment partners.
  • Experience supporting multiple distribution centers and meeting retailer routing and compliance standards.
  • Practical experience monitoring EDI transactions, diagnosing operating errors, and coordinating fixes with providers.
  • Experience working directly with third-party warehouses and transportation partners to resolve fulfillment and delivery issues.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reconciling order, inventory, shipment, and invoice data.
  • Good judgment when priorities compete, including explaining risks, recommending next steps, and identifying decisions that need approval.
  • Clear communication, close attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
  • Examples of process improvements, describing your contribution and the resulting change in accuracy, service, or manual effort.
  • Experience in beauty, fragrance, personal care, or home products.
  • Familiarity with OpenText, ShipIQ, Partners Online, or similar retailer systems; experience improving workflows through ERP systems or automation.
  • Proficiency with large language models such as Claude or GPT.
  • Experience supporting new retailer launches or managing Amazon fulfillment alongside national wholesale accounts.
