Opis

  • Run the Product and Delivery Community, overseeing governance, communications, annual programming, membership, and engagement rhythms.
  • Maintain a connected global network across disciplines, business units, and regions.
  • Build and expand learning pathways, mentoring networks, and skills development programs.
  • Work with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and strengthen practitioner maturity.
  • Surface emerging practices, lessons learned, and internal innovations.
  • Develop enterprise standards, playbooks, frameworks, and shared learning resources.
  • Host community programs and shape the colleague experience as Master of Ceremonies.
  • Plan and lead virtual conferences and in-person workshops.
  • Manage the community’s performance framework and success measures.
  • Track engagement, capability growth, practice adoption, and organizational maturity.
  • Use findings to show impact, improve programs, and inform priorities and investment decisions.
  • Manage a small team of direct reports and coordinate distributed community leaders and Guild stewards.
  • Build enterprise alignment, sponsorship, and adoption through influence.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years in technology or a related field; alternatively, 7 or more years with an MBA or MS, or 5 or more years with a PhD or JD.
  • Experience leading communities, capability development programs, centers of excellence, or transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience planning and delivering technology events, networking opportunities, workshops, or capability development programs.
  • Experience measuring community engagement, capability maturity, or organizational outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence peers, coach and develop others, and guide colleagues’ work.
  • Strong storytelling, community-building, and change leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling practitioner communities, capability programs, or centers of excellence.
  • Executive presence and confidence leading large events, workshops, conferences, and leadership discussions.
  • Practical experience in Product Management, Customer Experience, Delivery, Agile, AI-enabled work, or digital transformation.
  • Ability to measure adoption, engagement, capability growth, and organizational impact.
  • Experience building influence in large, matrixed, global organizations.
  • Experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
