Opis

  • Lead lifecycle marketing across e-commerce sites and subscription mobile apps to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze customer behavior, purchase history, and subscription activity to identify opportunities and create actionable segments.
  • Plan and deliver seasonal promotions, special offers, and personalized campaigns through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Optimize customer journeys spanning onboarding, abandoned checkouts, post-purchase engagement, cross-selling, churn prevention, reactivation, and win-back.
  • Use AI tools to speed campaign development, strengthen personalization, and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, audiences, and timing, measuring effects on conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Tailor messaging to user segments and partner with Growth and Product teams on activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and subscription retention.
  • Track campaign performance and incremental impact, using findings to improve repeat purchases, retention, and lifetime value.

Zahteve

  • At least two years of practical experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce, subscription businesses, or consumer mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical ability to find growth opportunities through behavioral, funnel, and cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Able to independently identify, prioritize, and deliver lifecycle growth initiatives, owning strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Practical use of AI tools for analysis, campaign planning, content creation, and marketing efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Insider, Klaviyo, or OneSignal, including behavioral triggers and automated journeys.
  • An experimentation mindset and experience running A/B tests to improve retention, conversion, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
  • Strong English copywriting, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
