Opis

  • Maintain resident and employee records in line with company standards and state rules
  • Submit bank deposits promptly
  • Support the home office in completing an accurate, complete, and timely monthly accounting close
  • Track office inventory and order supplies
  • Stay familiar with the phone, computer, thermostat, security alarm, fire alarm, and nurse call systems
  • Keep the community client roster compliant with state regulations
  • Update employee phone directories
  • Keep emergency contact listings for critical service providers current
  • Confirm criminal record clearances are on file for all employees
  • Keep routine operational documents current and reflective of the community
  • Prepare brochures and move-in packets for tours and admissions
  • Maintain records of employee in-service training

Zahteve

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Prior office management experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Strong, clear written and verbal communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
  • Valid driver's license
  • Compassion and interest in working with older adults
  • Ability to work responsibly both as part of a team and independently
  • Working knowledge of computers, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage several priorities at once
  • Ability to carry complex, detailed projects through to completion
  • Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
