- Develop a pipeline of AI and automation opportunities across Pax8’s EMEA business.
- Run mentoring workshops to uncover challenges and explore AI use cases.
- Prioritise ideas by impact, strategic fit and business readiness.
- Set leading and lagging indicators to track solution outcomes.
- Work with AI engineers, product specialists and business leaders.
- Promote post-launch adoption and help teams integrate tools into daily work.
- Coach team members on stakeholder management, solution design and prioritisation.
- Create scalable processes for opportunity intake, impact measurement, communications and transformation reporting.
- Share progress updates and business reviews with senior leaders.
- Help build an outcome-focused innovation culture that balances technical potential with business needs.
- Facilitate in-person workshops and collaboration across Europe.
- Travel for approximately 20% of the role.

- Be confident designing and facilitating workshops that turn broad challenges into focused opportunities.
- Have strong qualitative interviewing and discovery skills.

- Bring experience in design thinking, systems thinking, business consulting or product management.

- Understand digital business models and scalable customer and operational experiences.
- Have practical AI literacy and curiosity about emerging tools.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.

- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience.
