Descriere

  • Build and lead the development of Clio’s agentic, AI-driven Security Operations Center.
  • Create detection pipelines, automated response, agents, and integrations across Clio’s products and infrastructure.
  • Automate alert handling; track autonomous queue closure; and oversee detection-as-code, testing, and tuning.
  • Set safeguards for automation, including audit trails and escalation paths to people.
  • Work with the broader security team on incident response and use lessons learned to improve the system.
  • Turn threat intelligence into stronger infrastructure and broader detection coverage.
  • Strengthen Clio’s products and integrate security controls into the platform.
  • Work with the Red Team to identify vulnerabilities, fix them, and confirm the remedies work.
  • Run exercises that test detection coverage against real attack paths.
  • Develop automated detection and response for account takeovers, fraud, scripted misuse, and other product abuse.
  • Partner with SecDev on preventive code generation, agent.md guidance, and pre-commit hooks.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain engineers.
  • Set team priorities, report progress to security leaders and the company, and help establish follow-the-sun coverage.
  • Review pull requests and contribute code to the agentic SOC and Clio’s core applications.

Cerințe

  • Strong software development skills.
  • Experience leading engineers as a people manager or as a tech lead who has grown into the role.
  • Practical security experience, including secure development and identifying and fixing vulnerabilities.
  • Sound judgment when applying automation and AI in situations where errors could lock lawyers out of their work, along with the ability to design systems that fail safely.
  • Clear communication with engineers, leaders, and partner teams.
  • Practical experience building production systems with LLMs or agentic technologies.
  • Detection engineering experience using a SIEM, SOAR, or detection-as-code pipeline.
  • Experience with fraud, anti-abuse, or trust and safety systems.
  • Cloud security and infrastructure hardening experience, including AWS, identity providers, and endpoint tools.
  • A recognized security certification or equivalent experience, such as CISSP, GIAC/GCIH, OSCP, or CREST.
  • Experience planning or operating a follow-the-sun or on-call security function.
