Descriere

  • Source and bring on enterprise clients in APAC’s non-gaming app sectors.
  • Lead sales from prospecting and needs discovery through presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Grow revenue and deepen partnerships with existing key accounts.
  • Create and carry out sales and business development plans tailored to APAC markets.
  • Assess regional trends, competitors, and industry needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as the main contact for key clients and build lasting strategic relationships.
  • Run business reviews, share product updates and industry insights, and propose tailored growth solutions.
  • Work with product, operations, technical, and customer success teams on onboarding, campaign optimization, delivery, and post-sale support.
  • Monitor trends, market needs, and competitors in APAC’s non-gaming app sector.
  • Prepare regular market analyses and attend industry events to build connections and raise brand visibility.
  • Keep sales pipelines and progress records current, report results and market feedback, and refine plans using data.

Cerințe

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in mobile advertising technology, digital marketing, or the non-gaming app sector.
  • Hands-on experience operating in APAC markets and established industry connections.
  • A record of winning large clients and expanding accounts.
  • Experience negotiating and closing partnerships with medium to large non-gaming app developers.
  • Strong skills in managing and maintaining major accounts.
  • Detailed knowledge of APAC non-gaming app business models, mobile user acquisition, and in-app monetization.
  • Knowledge of major regional media outlets, traffic channels, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Goal-driven, resilient under pressure, and perceptive about market opportunities.
  • Able to manage the complete sales and business development cycle independently.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin for business discussions and client communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, international trade, or a related field.
  • Established client relationships in APAC non-gaming app sectors are strongly preferred.
  • Experience at an international advertising technology or internet company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AppLovin or other user acquisition platforms is preferred.
