Descriere

  • Lead and expand paid performance marketing across App Store Ads, Android Ads, Meta, YouTube, and additional channels.
  • Develop incrementality tests, saturation models, and seven-day ROAS and LTV measurement frameworks.
  • Expand creative output through content programs, partnerships, UGC agencies, and creator initiatives.
  • Create testing systems that quickly surface effective creative and acquisition channels.
  • Improve results through DSPs and AdTech partners such as LiftOff, AdFuel, and Eyeo.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with advertising partners.
  • Turn channel results into LTV- and ROI-supported budget recommendations for leadership.
  • Share performance results and decision rationale clearly through asynchronous Slack communication.
  • Manage budgets, vendor agreements, and advertising account setup across Meta, Google, App Store, and DSP platforms.
  • Keep attribution and tracking accurate and reliable with AppsFlyer and related tools.
  • Partner with social media and growth teams on acquisition initiatives.
  • Shift investment in response to tournaments, viral events, product launches, seasonal trends, and other demand cycles.

Cerințe

  • Genuine enthusiasm for chess and helping more people discover the game.
  • Extensive paid acquisition experience for a consumer app or subscription business.
  • At least five years of experience in performance marketing or paid user acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an acquisition channel from initial testing through scale.
  • Sound judgment when maintaining, reducing, or reallocating spend as efficiency shifts.
  • Practical experience with incrementality testing, saturation analysis, and LTV/ROAS modeling.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google/App Store Ads, YouTube, and DSP or AdTech platforms.
  • Strong command of mobile attribution tools, including AppsFlyer.
  • Working knowledge of content and social media trends.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and quickly in writing.
  • Preferred experience in gaming, subscriptions, or highly engaged consumer apps.
  • Preferred experience scaling creative production through UGC agencies, creator marketplaces, or an internal creator network.
  • Preferred experience coordinating paid investment with organic demand cycles.
  • Preferred experience presenting budget and ROI cases to executive leaders or a board.
  • Ability to work with substantial overlap across United States Eastern and Pacific time zones.
