Descriere

  • Co-lead the Workplace practice and share leadership of the Smart Workplace team.
  • Set the business unit’s strategic direction with senior management.
  • Shape and grow the Smart Workplace consulting offer.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Manage profit and loss and maintain business profitability.
  • Find and develop opportunities with major enterprise clients.
  • Take part in strategic account reviews.
  • Develop commercial proposals and present them to clients.
  • Create high-value offers that address clients’ strategic priorities.
  • Lead workplace transformation programs for major enterprise clients.
  • Maintain high standards for deliverables, quality, client value, satisfaction, and business continuity.
  • Advise decision-makers and guide their workplace transformations.
  • Conduct strategic studies and act as a chief of staff or advisor.
  • Develop an offer spanning technology, partnerships, expert leadership, and client portfolio management.
  • Contribute to publications, events, and thought leadership.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary consulting team and support its members’ career growth.
  • Help structure the team, track performance, develop people, and support employee satisfaction.
  • Engage operational teams across major programs.

Cerințe

  • Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of consulting experience, ideally in workplace, adoption, change, or collaborative-practice transformation.
  • Demonstrated success growing a business and leading a business unit.
  • Experience managing profit and loss.
  • Knowledge of profitability, staffing, and delivery management.
  • Combines strategic perspective with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
