Descriere

  • Develop and optimize machine learning and statistical models for financial prediction, credit and risk, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
  • Create production-ready Python code for data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  • Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to clarify needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Partner with MLOps and cloud teams to move models from prototypes into scalable production environments.
  • Monitor model performance and drift over time.
  • Explain analytical findings, business impact, and technical methods to technical teams and business leaders.
  • Lead strategic work on enterprise AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Work across regions with AI, data, engineering, and consulting teams to deliver solutions and strengthen strategic client partnerships.

Cerințe

  • 6–10 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning.
  • Demonstrated experience in banking or financial services, such as consumer banking, risk analytics, fraud prevention, wealth management, or credit modeling.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Python and its scientific ecosystem, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience designing and building complex AI and machine learning models across the full development lifecycle.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
