Descriere

  • Oversee invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for approximately 10 related entities
  • Enter transactions in QuickBooks Online and the internal portfolio dashboard, including intercompany activity
  • Review payables and prepare payments for managing partner approval
  • Handle recurring bills such as property taxes, loan payments, and vendor invoices
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts each month
  • Complete accurate, timely month-end close processes for every entity
  • Bring the 2025 books up to date across all entities
  • Maintain schedules for loan balances, loan payments, and intercompany balances
  • Record investment activity within the portfolio
  • Track owners’ capital contributions and withdrawals
  • Maintain records of balances owed between entities
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for individual entities and on a consolidated basis
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements requested by lenders
  • Reconcile the internal dashboard with the accounting records quarterly and resolve variances
  • Assemble year-end packages and 1099 forms for external accountants
  • Keep well-organized documentation to support tax preparation
  • Complete the application, video introduction, applicable role assessment, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background or reference check

Cerințe

  • At least 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience managing accounts for multiple related companies simultaneously
  • Real estate bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred, including rent, loans, and property expenses
  • Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial schedules, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, including internal portfolio dashboards
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities across multiple entities
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential financial and family information
  • Experience in a family office, holding company, or investment portfolio environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting is a plus
  • Experience supporting external accountants with tax preparation and audits is a plus
  • Experience tracking loans, managing capital accounts, or accounting for real estate entities is a plus
  • Current resume required
