Descriere

  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients to support sales growth
  • Route qualified leads to sales representatives for further evaluation and closing
  • Contact prospective clients through established prospecting methods
  • Create interest in discovery meetings with RR Donnelley Sales Executives
  • Locate multiple decision-maker contacts within target accounts
  • Present RR Donnelley products and services to prospective clients
  • Research prospects’ business objectives and needs online
  • Develop a valuable sales pipeline through focused, strategic prospecting
  • Work with sales colleagues to create lists of target prospects
  • Maintain the prospect pipeline while delivering a strong customer experience
  • Hand off leads to the sales team after the initial discovery meeting
  • Record and manage all lead-generation activity in Salesforce
  • Review prospecting strategy with Sales Leaders

Cerințe

  • An associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement
  • At least two years of sales and telemarketing experience, including cold calling
  • Experience with digital marketing services is preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of prospecting methods and lead-generation strategies
  • Experience conducting outreach by email, phone, and social media
  • Strong research abilities for finding prospective clients and understanding business needs
  • Ability to address objections and remain positive when facing rejection
  • Flexibility in response to changing market conditions and sales strategies
  • Professional, customer-oriented approach
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
  • Ability to work in the Central time zone
