Descriere

  • Deliver cloud-based solutions to public safety organizations
  • Assess organizational readiness with cross-functional teams and improve legacy workflows
  • Manage implementation lifecycles and execute technical deployments
  • Lead solution activation, configuration, and customer training
  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and resolve implementation activities
  • Confirm project scope and objectives while tracking deliverables and milestones
  • Align stakeholders across functional teams
  • Manage schedules, reduce risks, anticipate issues, and coordinate escalations
  • Guide client project teams toward agreed objectives
  • Respond promptly to customer assistance requests
  • Resolve technical and non-technical issues
  • Troubleshoot application and operating system problems
  • Install, migrate, and upgrade products on accelerated timelines
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio
  • Create and improve implementation process documentation
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures when needed
  • Create and review knowledge base articles and FAQs
  • Train customers on products and services
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and support rapid time to value

Cerințe

  • At least four years of experience spanning business operations, project management, and cloud implementation for enterprise, public safety, or government systems software
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, MIS, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered
  • High school diploma
  • Indefinite authorization to work in the United States is required
  • Employer-sponsored work permit support is unavailable
  • Ability to obtain background clearance required by government customers
  • Successful completion of a stringent fingerprint background check under the U.S. Department of Justice CJIS Security Policy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong investigative, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work with customers across experience levels
  • Ability to research and resolve issues using multiple tools
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language, including Java, C++, or Ruby
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
  • Knowledge of web services or web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON
  • Knowledge of VMware and virtual machine management
