Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager
Lead strategic partnerships to build white-label enterprise channels for Cimpress mass-customization businesses. Develop complex B2B deals across North America and Europe.
Descriere
- Build a pipeline of white-label partnerships by identifying and developing strategic enterprise partners across North America and Europe.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with senior commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Shape partnership solutions by translating customer needs into commercially, technically, and operationally viable business cases.
- Work with Product, Partner Integration, Operations, Pricing, and Leadership to create scalable solutions and remove barriers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Help shape sales methodology, target account strategy, commercial processes, and go-to-market plans.
- Represent Cimpress Open and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Advise partners strategically throughout the partnership journey.
Cerințe
- Bring at least seven years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic partnerships, solution sales, or a comparable commercial role.
- Show a record of winning complex B2B partnerships involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Have experience with technology-enabled solutions such as APIs, SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally complex businesses.
- Apply strong commercial judgment and develop business cases that balance customer value with commercial viability.
- Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and build trusted relationships across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in print-on-demand, mass customization, or the print industry is a strong advantage.
- Communicate and present fluently in English.
- Additional European languages, particularly German or French, are an advantage.
