Descriere
- Lead the resolution of accounts receivable issues
- Collect overdue balances and manage transaction processing requirements
- Investigate and resolve receivables issues to improve customer satisfaction and sales productivity
- Keep customer records accurate, including contact details and addresses
- Record communications concerning invoice payments
- Oversee disputes from initial identification through final resolution
- Refresh customer data using payment patterns and recurring issues
- Maintain direct communication with customers
- Work with a global team to support company cash flow
