Descriere

  • Oversee daily HR operations and core human resource activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage recruitment from initial sourcing through onboarding.
  • Administer performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Apply HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance programs in line with labor laws and company standards.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR issues, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics to support management decisions.
  • Help develop and implement HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Support learning and development, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

Cerințe

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with US-owned, shared-service, or BPO companies, focused on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational ability with proven skill in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • At least a fifth-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
  • At least 4 GB of RAM.
  • Windows 10 or Mac OS X; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems are not supported.
  • Internet speed of at least 5.0 Mbps on both primary and backup connections.
  • USB-connected noise-cancelling headset.
  • Webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability.
