Full Stack AI Developer at Enterprise Knowledge, Arlington (Hybrid)

Descriere

  • Build and maintain scalable Python microservices and user-friendly React or Vue interfaces for AI applications.
  • Help deliver agentic AI systems using orchestration, tools, and memory or retrieval components.
  • Create and run complete RAG workflows, from retrieval architecture and embeddings to response evaluation.
  • Develop and improve SQL and Python pipelines to ingest and enrich structured and unstructured data.
  • Connect AI components with semantic layers and knowledge graphs.
  • Build middleware for loosely coupled systems, including automated content tagging and integrated search.
  • Work with data experts and business users to understand their subject areas.
  • Explain technical findings to stakeholders without technical backgrounds.

Cerințe

  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Arlington, Virginia office.
  • Be willing to work on-site three days per week.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Have 2–5 years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend technologies.
  • Have demonstrated experience building and improving RAG pipelines, including embeddings, reranking, and evaluation.
  • Have applied NLP techniques to unstructured data.
  • Be proficient in Python or Java for backend development.
  • Have experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, and TypeScript.
  • Be familiar with data modeling, database architecture, and SQL.
  • Have experience using Git.
  • Have delivered solutions through Agile practices.
  • Use generative AI tools throughout the software development life cycle, including for architecture decision records, code drafts, test cases, and product documentation.
  • Be able to lead meetings, give briefings, and present work directly to clients.

  • Preferred: hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or BAML.
  • Preferred: experience with RDF graph databases, SPARQL, or Linked Data technologies.

  • Preferred: experience monitoring AI components for latency, success rate, and retrieval quality.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ontology or taxonomy design, or management tools such as Progress Semaphore or PoolParty.
