Descriere
- Understand customer needs and recommend training programs tailored to each client.
- Organize and manage kickoff events for new training programs.
- Create and carry out plans to increase learner engagement.
- Track training progress and provide regular reports.
- Lead recurring business reviews with clients.
- Survey customer satisfaction and put improvement actions in place.
- Strengthen client relationships and support account growth.
Cerințe
- Native-level Japanese.
- Business-level English.
- Valid authorization to work in Japan.
- At least two years of experience in customer success or a comparable role.
- Adapt readily to change.
- Stay organized and methodical while managing varied projects.
- Use strong analytical skills.
- Experience selling to corporate HR teams or working in human resources is an advantage.
- Be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Complete the selection process in both Japanese and English.
- Submit a resume in both Japanese and English.
