Clinical Research Contracts Manager
Manage clinical research agreements at DaVita Clinical Research, supporting contract negotiations, administration, and compliance. Work with internal and external partners and report to the Assistant General Counsel for Clinical Research.
Descriere
- Draft, review, and revise agreements under the Assistant General Counsel’s guidance.
- Manage less complex agreements with limited supervision.
- Act as the main internal and external contact for contract negotiations and administration.
- Oversee contracting workflows.
- Track contract status and keep stakeholders informed.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
- Join team meetings, calls, and training sessions as needed.
- Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department and company procedures.
- Coordinate with compliance colleagues to support applicable policies and procedures.
- Report to the Assistant General Counsel for Clinical Research.
- Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced setting.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years of professional experience.
- Four or more years of clinical research experience preferred.
- Study budget experience is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations is helpful but not required.
- Professional experience with AI tools is helpful but not required.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software is helpful but not required.
