Senior Manager, Software Engineering – Finance and HR Systems | Salesforce, Dallas
Lead engineering teams responsible for Salesforce’s Finance and Employee Success systems in an onsite Dallas role. Oversee Workday and MuleSoft integrations, test automation, talent development, and delivery excellence.

- Lead software engineers within the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations organization
- Own the tools, applications, and systems supporting Salesforce Finance and Employee Success functions
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing engineering talent
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to software engineering teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish project scope, schedules, and resource plans
- Establish and advance engineering practices such as Agile delivery and continuous integration and deployment
- Guide MuleSoft and Workday integration solutions for Workday Financials and Workday HCM
- Direct test automation strategies for Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and related integrations
- Set stakeholder expectations and provide clear project status communication
- Work with Information Technology, Finance, and Employee Success teams to scale and improve enterprise systems
- Travel occasionally as required
Prasības
- At least 12 years of experience in software engineering and operations
- Demonstrated leadership and project delivery experience with Finance and HR platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle EBS
- Experience across the full Hire to Retire lifecycle or Finance business processes
- Strong command of engineering management, including team leadership, performance management, and talent development
- Experience overseeing vendor partners and contractor-augmented teams
- Background in innovation, engineering and operational excellence, and test automation
- Experience delivering Workday Human Capital Management and/or Financial Transformation initiatives
- Experience in HR areas such as Hire to Retire, Talent Foundations, Total Rewards, Global Time and Absence, and Payroll, or Finance areas such as Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Plan to Perform
- Experience with several integration technologies, including MuleSoft and Workday Studio and Orchestrations
- Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
- A related technical degree is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery
