Apraksts

  • Develop and execute independent recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to identify qualified physicians
  • Conduct outbound recruiting calls with prospective physician candidates
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive information about assignments and benefits throughout the recruitment process
  • Place qualified physicians with existing and prospective clients across the United States
  • Source physician candidates actively and keep the candidate database current
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Guide physicians as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment
  • Negotiate physician contract terms, including employment offers
  • Address physician employment concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Apply sales approaches that reflect individual candidate needs
  • Complete professional reference checks
  • Support the collection and verification of credentialing documents
  • Handle other responsibilities assigned by management

Prasības

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of recruiting or sales experience
  • A four-year degree in business or a related sales discipline
  • Working proficiency with job boards, research platforms, and social media
  • At least two years of experience recruiting physicians
  • Experience negotiating high-value contracts
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a service-focused environment
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Consistent accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees and the public by phone, email, video conference, and in person
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office equipment
  • Ability to remain seated at a keyboard and workstation for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
