Apraksts

  • Install and maintain product hardware and software, diagnose faults, and provide technical support, primarily at customer sites.
  • Carry out scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services across an assigned territory.
  • Complete minor product repairs.
  • Check that products operate correctly, resolving issues or escalating them under established procedures.
  • Arrange service visits and complete the required paperwork.
  • Help customers understand product functions and address their service needs.
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify hardware and software faults.
  • Repair hardware components.
  • Clean and adjust mechanical parts.
  • Configure and install relevant software.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and routine checks.
  • Replenish consumables as instructed.
  • Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
  • Show customers how to use installed hardware and software, and provide training.
  • Take part in training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

Prasības

  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant field service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record that meet Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
