Provide executive support to Amer Sports’ ANZ General Manager and senior leadership, coordinating calendars, meetings and travel. Improve executive workflows using digital tools, including AI-enabled scheduling.

- Deliver proactive, high-impact support to the ANZ General Manager.
- Provide support to the Senior Leadership team as needed.
- Anticipate executive needs and smooth workflows and decision-making.
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas and executive updates.
- Attend key meetings and capture insights, actions and follow-ups.
- Manage complex calendars involving multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Use digital and AI-enabled tools to make scheduling more efficient.
- Improve calendar structures to protect focus time and boost productivity.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites and key business forums.
- Develop agendas and allocate time for meetings.
- Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel.
- Coordinate travel with business priorities and executives’ time requirements.
Prasības
- Have prior experience providing executive assistant support at General Manager level.
- Be highly proficient with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Have experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
- Be able to manage fast-paced work, complexity, competing priorities and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Apply sound judgement and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Be curious about digital ways of working.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier or similar is valued.
