Enterprise Business Architect, Banking Transformation (Hybrid UK)
Shape a specialist UK bank’s capability model and transformation roadmap. Advise senior leaders on operating models, investment choices, and large-scale change.
Aprašymas
- Translate strategic goals into business capabilities and priorities with senior leaders.
- Own the bank’s capability map and advise which capabilities to centralise or retain within divisions.
- Maintain the bank-wide transformation roadmap, sequencing initiatives by value, risk, and dependencies.
- Provide an independent view across the bank to inform leadership investment decisions and timing.
- Coordinate with Technology Architecture to align the future technology landscape with the business direction.
- Set direction and boundaries for Business Analysis teams, and monitor programmes against the roadmap.
- Build divisional agreement on a shared operating model through influence and collaboration.
- Report to senior leadership and work with the executive team, Technology Architecture, and Business Analysis.
Reikalavimai
- Bring extensive enterprise business architecture experience, including hands-on ownership of capability models and transformation roadmaps.
- Have a banking or financial services background, ideally in regulated lending.
- Demonstrate the credibility to influence and advise executive and board-level stakeholders, including under scrutiny.
- Be able to work as a senior individual contributor, setting direction and delivering outcomes independently.
- Understand how business architecture works with technology architecture and business analysis to deliver large-scale change.
- Experience in a top-tier or boutique strategy consultancy is desirable.
- Exposure to specialist lending, such as commercial, asset, property, or structured finance, is desirable.
- A record of helping multi-divisional or siloed organisations move to shared capabilities is desirable.
Privalumai
