  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and lead salary negotiations
  • Coordinate with practice leads and recruiting teams to maintain candidate follow-up and a positive hiring experience
  • Handle recruitment activities with professionalism and discretion
  • Complete new-hire onboarding and paperwork accurately and on schedule
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires

  • At least four years of recruiting experience in the Salesforce and/or Amazon AWS ecosystem
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking by phone
  • Competitive, goal-driven approach with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with recruited consultants
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
