Manage Eleanor Health’s business listings across all served markets, including Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places.
Oversee healthcare directories, health plan provider directories, and data aggregator listings.
Audit and correct name, address, and phone consistency across platforms and markets.
Define category strategy, service listings, hours, attributes, and profile completeness.
Create and maintain a centralized listings system of record.
Resolve listing suppressions, duplicate profiles, and unverified listings.
Keep location and service information aligned between EleanorHealth.com and external listings.
Develop and run an ethical review-generation program that protects patient privacy.
Respond to platform reviews with warmth, care, and appropriate judgment.
Track review volume, ratings, and sentiment by market.
Maintain escalation procedures for clinical, compliance, legal, and operational reputation matters.
Build Eleanor Health’s presence in AI assistants and AI-generated search results.
Monitor inaccurate or misleading information about Eleanor Health and addiction treatment.
Improve entity signals, citations, authoritative third-party mentions, and other AI discoverability factors.
Convert AI visibility insights into website enhancements, including structured content, metadata, internal links, location pages, and structured data.
Measure and report AI citation and recommendation share.
Deploy approved discoverability changes in Sanity and other marketing platforms.
Monitor Eleanor Health and virtual addiction treatment discussions in recovery communities, forums, and social channels.
Participate openly in communities as an identified Eleanor Health representative.
Bring community sentiment, concerns, and misinformation to leadership’s attention.
Support organic social initiatives connected to discoverability, engagement, or reputation objectives.
Oversee the PR agency relationship and hold the agency accountable for results.
Prepare Eleanor Health spokespeople for media opportunities.
Lead editorial distribution and syndication to build authority, earn backlinks and citations, and expand referring domains.
Assess earned-media and distribution opportunities for authority, discoverability, reputation, and enrollment impact.
Create reporting on listing accuracy, review performance, AI citation share, and earned coverage.
Work with the analytics consultant to accurately attribute non-paid new-member volume.
Report results monthly and substantiate attribution claims.

Approximately three or more years of digital marketing experience with substantial expertise in local SEO, reputation management, or digital PR.
Hands-on experience managing listings for multiple locations.
Experience creating or operating a review-generation and response program.
Proficiency with SEO and local-search tools such as Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Local Falcon, Otterly.ai, and Screaming Frog.
Strong writing skills for review responses, community posts, and media briefs.
Comfortable building reports and defending performance figures.
Sound judgment within healthcare compliance and patient-privacy requirements.
Able to learn new systems and contribute in an emerging discipline.
Practical, hands-on operating style.
Ability to work effectively in a regulated healthcare setting.
Self-directed and capable of identifying and resolving gaps independently.
Compassionate communication style with close attention to tone.
Behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare marketing experience is helpful but not required.
Hands-on experience with generative engine optimization or AI search visibility is helpful but not required.
Working knowledge of structured data and schema markup is helpful but not required.
Transparent participation in online communities is helpful but not required.
Experience supporting multiple markets or locations at any scale is helpful but not required.
