  • Work with Account Management to increase adoption and transaction margin for PayPal’s payout products
  • Lead functional initiatives and programs informed by business trends
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements and best practices
  • Evaluate business trends with cross-functional partners
  • Create strategies that improve product sales and customer satisfaction
  • Direct discovery, solution design, competitive positioning, and pricing development
  • Differentiate Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts from competing and internal alternatives
  • Develop quantified business cases tailored to merchant payout economics
  • Work with Account Managers to identify, shape, and progress sales opportunities
  • Own targets for opportunities created or advanced
  • Use data to uncover growth opportunities and develop pipeline
  • Enhance sales processes and playbooks
  • Bring customer and Account Manager insights to Product and go-to-market teams
  • Coordinate with Account Management, Solution Engineering, Integration Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product
  • Use pipeline, portfolio, product, and merchant performance data to prioritize opportunities and inform pricing
  • Guide merchants from lead through launch using discovery and solution design

Талаптар

  • At least five years of relevant experience plus a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with domestic and cross-border payout or disbursement products
  • Ability to match merchants with appropriate solution combinations
  • At least three years of solution-selling experience with director- and VP-level stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience working with decision-makers in Product, Sales, and Finance
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota goals
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience performing financial analysis
  • Strong analytical ability and experience developing ROI-based business cases
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools for discovery, research, solution design, and pipeline analysis
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft productivity tools
  • Ability to tell compelling stories and communicate value-focused narratives to senior stakeholders
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
