- Strong command of Telugu grammar, spelling, linguistic subtleties, and cultural context
- Demonstrated ability to translate prompts accurately from English into Telugu
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related discipline plus at least one year of relevant professional experience, or at least five years of professional experience in language-focused work
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow comprehensive guidelines
- Ability to assess AI-generated content independently and apply quality judgments consistently
- Comfort working with defined evaluation criteria and quality standards
- Ability to work independently while delivering accurate, impartial feedback
