  • Lead hands-on design for business development, marketing, client engagement, recruiting, and internal communications.
  • Create digital and print campaigns, advertising, social media, website and email content, thought leadership, and publications.
  • Design pitches, RFPs, proposals, client credentials, and presentations for clients and executives.
  • Develop visual materials for client programs, practice and industry campaigns, attorney initiatives, and targeted marketing.
  • Turn draft copy and complex information into infographics, charts, data visualizations, presentations, and other creative assets.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept to final production while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain the firm's visual identity, brand standards, creative direction, templates, and design resources.
  • Create event, sponsorship, and client experience materials, including invitations, signage, and environmental graphics.
  • Produce visual assets for photography, video, motion graphics, and multimedia projects.
  • Design materials for firmwide campaigns, internal communications, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Explore emerging design methods, technologies, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Coordinate with external designers, printers, photographers, videographers, and other vendors.
  • Refine design processes, organize creative assets, and make workflows more efficient.
  • Create branded merchandise, stationery, and other everyday materials.

Талаптар

  • At least eight years of practical graphic design and creative services experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint design ability.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual storytelling.
  • Background creating digital and print campaigns, advertising, social media, presentations, publications, and event materials.
  • Video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia design experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable tools preferred.
  • Experience preparing files for print and digital production and collaborating with printers and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management, image licensing, and organizing creative resources.
  • Interest in emerging design technologies, including AI-assisted creative tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Careful proofreading and close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or corporate setting is an advantage.
