English-French Talent Acquisition Specialist - Canada Remote
Nuvei is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment. The role supports hiring across Canada, North America, and Latin America.

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned global roles, with emphasis on North America and Latin America
- Attract and engage candidates through sourcing platforms, professional networks, and creative outreach
- Develop and manage pipelines for recurring and business-critical vacancies
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Assess candidate quality and cultural alignment
- Keep recruitment records and data current in Workable ATS and related tracking systems
- Work with global talent acquisition colleagues to exchange best practices and maintain consistent processes
- Partner with hiring managers to provide a strong candidate experience
- Manage stakeholder communication and offer negotiations throughout the hiring process

- At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house or agency-based
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence or partner effectively with hiring managers
- Strong candidate-sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative channels
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Payments, fintech, or high-volume recruitment experience is advantageous
- Experience recruiting across North American and Latin American markets is advantageous
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Bilingual communication skills are required
- English is the primary working language for written and spoken communication
