- Lead Digital Twin and Scalable Content Services as one global service line
- Turn agreed priorities into operating plans, roadmaps, implementation programs, and measurable results
- Set the operating model, governance, service catalogue, decision rights, standards, and working practices
- Distribute approved resources across projects, platforms, workflows, and partners
- Advise on future capabilities, investment requirements, emerging technologies, and operational risks
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the Digital Twin and Scalable Content portfolio
- Maintain the joined-up roadmap for GRIP, Digital Twin Services, content automation workflows, and connected platforms
- Bring together product data, approved brand assets, modular content, templates, and automation rules to produce and adapt content at scale
- Advance scalable self-service and hybrid service models
- Oversee integration with packaging and label systems, PIM, DAM, Digital Shelf, syndication, and approved activation environments
- Set and track measures for quality, accuracy, throughput, turnaround, automation, reuse, adoption, user experience, cost effectiveness, and resilience
- Ensure internal teams and external partners meet service levels, capacity needs, delivery commitments, commercial targets, and improvement goals
- Make operational decisions on priorities, sequencing, provider capacity, workflow design, implementation timing, and resource use
- Plan partner relationships and commercial matters with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and relevant leaders
- Manage operational risks and maintain continuity through releases, onboarding, workflow updates, provider transitions, and service-model changes
- Direct cross-functional implementation across functions, Operating Units, markets, bottling partners, and providers
- Drive global adoption through stakeholder engagement, onboarding, communications, capability building, service transition, and user feedback
- Set and communicate targets for quality, speed, automation, reuse, scalability, adoption, user experience, and cost avoidance
- Assess new use cases and lead approved implementations with clear ownership, controls, and success measures
- Build talent and capability through direct, matrix, project, and extended-partner leadership

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Substantial experience leading a global or multi-market digital service, content production capability, operational area, or technology-enabled platform
- Experience turning strategy into operating plans, roadmaps, governance, resource priorities, and measurable outcomes
- End-to-end accountability for a service or capability across multiple functions, markets, business units, or external partners
- Experience with large-scale automated content production, modular content, templates, data-led adaptation, workflow automation, or high-volume digital asset creation
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, allocate approved resources, lead complex cross-functional implementation, and resolve delivery constraints
- Strong vendor, commercial, and financial judgment, including service levels, capacity, contracts, external spend, and investment recommendations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead change and adoption, and develop teams in a complex matrix organization
- Preferred: Background in consumer products, Digital Shelf, digital commerce, packaging, creative production, CGI, VFX, 3D visualization, or scalable marketing content operations
- Preferred: Knowledge of Digital Twins, 3D asset pipelines, PIM, DAM, syndication, content automation, generative AI, and global-to-local activation
- Preferred: Experience introducing self-service or hybrid services while preserving governance, rights, quality, security, and brand controls
