  • Develop, present, and explain treatment plans for both providers, including procedures, timelines, and financial expectations.
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient questions, follow up on proposed plans, and reconnect with unscheduled treatment leads.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments across two providers’ calendars to support efficient clinic operations and reduce downtime.
  • Support patients through consultations and follow-up care with a warm, professional, and persuasive approach.
  • Record accurate patient notes, monitor treatment plan acceptance, and maintain updated records in Dentrix and Google Workspace.

  • Hands-on Dentrix experience, including patient records, charting, and appointment scheduling.
  • Experience handling heavy call volumes while maintaining a positive, compassionate, and professional manner.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish; fully bilingual and native English-speaking candidates may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment sequencing, with the ability to explain procedures clearly.
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
  • A dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet, power and internet backup, and a quiet work environment.
  • Experience with Dentrix or comparable practice management and electronic medical record systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace for productivity and communication.
