Cyber Claims Specialist – Cyber Insurance Remote
Manage first-party cyber insurance claims for Converge Insurance’s technology-focused risk solutions. Evaluate coverage, guide claims from notification through resolution, and coordinate with customers, brokers, legal counsel, and specialist vendors.

- Manage a growing portfolio of primarily first-party cyber claims from initial notice through resolution.
- Complete structured training and advance from supervised files to handling claims independently.
- Evaluate coverage questions and prepare coverage letters and related communications.
- Develop practical knowledge of primary and excess insurance claim environments.
- Work with customers and brokers to achieve effective claim outcomes.
- Coordinate external counsel and specialist providers, including forensic and incident response firms.
- Partner with Operations to support efficient claim administration and reliable data quality.
- Review portfolio performance, identify claim patterns, and communicate emerging trends.
- Contribute claims expertise to policy wording and customized client solution development.
- Work cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, and Risk Management teams.
- Represent Converge at industry conferences, client events, and professional association activities as experience develops.
