- Partner with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders
- Investigate and diagnose issues arising in production
- Evaluate and clarify business requirements
- Implement solutions across the Composer platform
- Capture, structure, and maintain requirements documentation
- Assess the potential impact of proposed changes
- Triage and resolve issues reported by clients
- Convert business needs into precise functional designs
- Support changes driven by UK wealth and pensions legislation and regulation
- Assess, categorise, and prioritise issues against client SLAs
- Prepare and quality-check detailed production requirements submitted by clients
- Coordinate critical incidents in line with established incident-management procedures
- Engage the appropriate resources and maintain updates until each issue is resolved

- Business analysis experience in wealth management, pensions, wrap platforms, investment platforms, or financial services
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional specification development
- Working knowledge of UK wealth products such as pensions, ISAs, wraps, and investment platforms
- Demonstrated success investigating issues, assessing impacts, and delivering dependable outcomes within agreed SLAs
- Clear communication, effective stakeholder management, and strong problem-solving ability
- Experience collaborating with software development and production support teams
