Bilingual Collections Specialist — GoodLeap (Remote, United States)
Collect overdue payments for GoodLeap’s sustainable-financing platform while managing delinquent accounts. Handle client calls, payment solutions, and collection performance targets.

- Collect outstanding payments as an individual contributor in the personal finance department
- Review overdue accounts and identify solutions to restore loans to current status
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance targets
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls to resolve outstanding debts
- Apply GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures
- Resolve overdue balances and process payment collection
- Maintain records of amounts owed and the duration of delinquency
Талаптар
- One to two years of direct experience in credit and collections
- Knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous telemarketing experience with financial products is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Self-directed and highly focused on achieving goals
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional demeanor
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
