VIP Travel Consultant – United States Remote
Provide personalized travel planning and reservation support for executive and other key travelers. Advise clients on travel options, policies, regulations, and related services using BCD Travel’s systems.
Description
- Deliver personalized, high-touch service to priority client travelers
- Respond accurately and efficiently to requests received by phone, email, and other channels
- Act as the dedicated contact for executive-level travelers
- Advise travelers on itineraries, trip details, and relevant additional products
- Process traveler requests through BCD Travel’s tools and systems
- Research available options and finalize travel reservations
- Apply client travel policies when advising and assisting customers
- Address questions involving DOT and TSA requirements, passports, visas, and other applicable regulations
- Follow the rules and conditions established by travel suppliers
- Build, maintain, share, and expand knowledge of the travel sectors supported
Requirements
- Professional experience supporting VIP or high-priority travel
- Working knowledge of travel-industry policies, procedures, and operating processes
- Strong proficiency with the Sabre GDS
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Availability for full-time work
- Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts according to business needs
