UK Payroll Delivery Specialist at Strada - Poland Remote

Description

  • Process UK payroll end to end in line with defined standards and client requirements
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues with appropriate business intelligence tools
  • Use the hrX tool suite for payroll processing and related activities
  • Interpret payslips accurately
  • Follow the payroll calendar
  • Identify work outside the standard service scope and support change request opportunities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Prepare and interpret standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reports
  • Review and validate payroll data, initiating corrections when needed
  • Respond to payroll-related questions and requests
  • Support and execute SOC1 controls
  • Maintain and follow defined work instructions
  • Process transactions with third parties
  • Share knowledge with peers
  • Support root cause analysis activities
  • Support and manage system maintenance testing
  • Coordinate and help resolve technical issues
  • Keep current with legislation, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures
  • Contribute to assigned projects and activities

Requirements

  • Two to three years of relevant experience administering payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environment
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to work in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently while following established processes and procedures
  • Successful completion of background checks where legally permitted and appropriate for the role
