Description

  • Investigate daily operational issues within the assigned business unit
  • Research problems and develop effective resolutions
  • Create and implement new procedures
  • Perform complex, non-routine analysis
  • Produce operational reports
  • Review exception testing and processing activities
  • Identify trends and assess the operating environment to support continuous improvement
  • Lead implementations for products, services, and operational solutions
