Senior Business Analyst, AI and Automation
Drive AI-enabled workflow redesign and automation across Global Operations. Measure transformation results while supporting responsible adoption, governance, and change management.
Description
- Assist the Director of Business Analysis
- Deliver agentic and AI-enabled capabilities across Global Operations
- Increase operational efficiency with AI-enabled and low-code solutions
- Assess and redesign workflows through process and value stream mapping
- Work with technology and data teams to structure workflows for data-led decisions and automation
- Support the rollout and use of autonomous agents and AI tools within defined operational boundaries
- Maintain human oversight, transparency, and compliance
- Establish and monitor metrics for gains in speed, quality, and scalability
- Support stakeholder communication, engagement, and training for change initiatives
- Convert business needs into actionable requirements for AI-enabled workflows and automation
- Lead process mapping and improvement efforts while identifying automation opportunities
- Design workflows for effective human-agent collaboration
- Promote adoption of agentic and digital workflows across global teams
- Apply analytics to test assumptions, assess automation impact, and direct continuous improvement
- Support the design and implementation of AI-ready operating models
- Apply AI technologies to rethink processes, strengthen decisions, and advance intelligent automation
- Use AI tools for analysis, summarization, documentation, ideation, and workflow design
- Investigate emerging AI capabilities for new workflow innovation opportunities
- Help advance responsible AI adoption and governance
- Document and share reusable workflow patterns and best practices
- Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to deliver measurable transformation results
Requirements
- Bring 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, or digital operations, ideally in large-scale AI-enabled environments
- Have a record of leading process mapping and workflow improvement from end to end
- Use strong analytical and quantitative skills to measure and explain performance gains
- Have experience with process mapping and documentation tools
- BusinessOptix experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with Signavio or comparable tools is acceptable
- Have redesigned processes to support agentic and AI-driven automation
- Can rethink workflows, question established methods, and connect business needs with intelligent solutions through AI fluency
- Have used AI or automation technologies such as low-code platforms, RPA, or process mining
- Have supported AI adoption and change management in cross-functional or global organizations
- Understand responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and human oversight
- Use AI tools in day-to-day work, write effective prompts, and apply AI collaboratively to problem-solving and workflow design
- Have experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
- Can quickly learn and apply enterprise AI technologies to technical workflows and business goals
- Bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Can work across technical and business functions and turn complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Show curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to test AI through pilots, prototypes, and new working methods
- Demonstrate an agile approach grounded in iterative improvement and rapid learning
