Revenue Operations Manager, B2B – Lightspeed Commerce

Lead B2B revenue operations at Lightspeed Commerce through GTM analytics, forecasting, KPI management, and performance planning. Build the function and team while supporting profitable revenue growth.

Description

  • Own Revenue Operations for the B2B business unit
  • Build and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team
  • Support go-to-market teams with strategic planning, reporting, and performance improvement
  • Run weekly performance reviews and pipeline updates, including end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year forecasting
  • Define and track KPIs that measure GTM team health and effectiveness
  • Conduct bi-weekly performance deep dives for New Business and Account Management
  • Provide rep-level insights and assess pipeline trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute to Weekly Business Reviews
  • Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Assess quota attainment and coverage, then recommend adjustments to individual-contributor quotas and coverage
  • Lead quarterly reforecasting with Finance and GTM leadership
  • Identify opportunities for investment and cost optimization
  • Partner with Enablement, Product, Sales, Finance, Information Systems, Data, Marketing, and GTM leaders
  • Deliver strategic initiatives aligned with company OKRs and revenue and profitability goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, operations, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in hybrid or remote settings
  • At least 6 years of experience in a go-to-market environment
  • Demonstrated success delivering strategic GTM initiatives that improve revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Ability to achieve cross-functional outcomes with Information Systems, Data, Finance, GTM, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Strong experience managing budgets and forecasting processes
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience defining and managing KPIs across the customer journey
  • Fluent English for workplace communication
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-changing, cross-functional hybrid environment
