DirectMeds
DirectMeds
DirectMeds is an Australian healthcare company operating a consumer telehealth platform for confidential, doctor-led consultations. Patients connect with AHPRA-registered doctors for prescription treatments, with current services focused on erectile dysfunction and planned expansion into skin, hair loss, and weight management. Consultations take place outside Medicare, while approved prescriptions are dispensed through licensed Australian pharmacies and delivered discreetly. The platform also emphasizes private handling of medical records and a streamlined assessment and phone-consult process.
